1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@quickcheckmart.shop or through our contact form. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item:

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
